Deadlines
Tues April 15 @ 1 pm: Entry link will be posted right here
Thurs April 17 @ 9 pm: Entries close. Entries will close sooner if the maximum 60 entries are received.
Fri April 18: It will be posted (on this page) if there was the minimum 40 entries for the roping to run (will post sooner if we get the entries sooner).
Once 40 entries are received, then we will send an email to you, with instructions to etransfer the entry fee.
Sat April 19 @ 9 pm: Deadline to etransfer the entry fee. If your etransfer is not received by this deadline then you will not be in the roping.
Sun April 20: The draw and exact payout breakdown is posted here.
Other Info
No refunds if you cannot make the roping. The payout cheques will all be done with amounts and a blank spot to put names. If you can’t make it, you are welcome to notify us if you have someone else to take your spot.
CFB Sidepot: CFB Sidepot is awarded based on the fastest in the 5 Head Average
Trophy Stirrups for the Champion (Fastest in the 5 Head Average): These will be ordered with the CFB order and received a couple months after the roping and the champion will need to pick these up from the Claresholm Agriplex.
